About Maazim

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Maazim, creating an account, placing an order, registering through WhatsApp, or communicating with us about the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Maazim.

Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information, keeping your account credentials and device access secure, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or restrict access if information appears inaccurate, unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to the service.

Orders, payments, and event services

Prices, packages, add-ons, coupons, payment options, refund eligibility, delivery timelines, and event-service details may be displayed in Maazim or confirmed through our official communication channels. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and their terms may also apply. Taxes, bank charges, exchange fees, and payment-provider fees may apply where relevant.

WhatsApp, Meta, and third-party platforms

Maazim may use WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta services, payment providers, hosting providers, and other third-party platforms to operate the service. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Maazim is not Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, and is not endorsed by those companies.

Acceptable use

You must not use Maazim to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate others, submit false or misleading information, abuse messaging channels, or send content that is unlawful, discriminatory, threatening, exploitative, or harmful.

Customer content

You remain responsible for content you provide, including names, event details, invitation text, images, guest information, and messages. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to allow Maazim to use it for operating and delivering the service.

Intellectual property

Maazim, its software, designs, workflows, branding, and service materials are owned by Maazim, Kuwait Solutions Expert, or their licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Maazim may be interrupted, delayed, changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, operational, third-party platform, or business reasons. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party networks, payment providers, Meta services, WhatsApp availability, hosting providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maazim is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maazim and Kuwait Solutions Expert will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Maazim if you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the service, fail to pay amounts due, or if continued access would harm customers, partners, third-party platforms, or Maazim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, except where mandatory laws in your country or region require otherwise. If you are protected by mandatory consumer, data-protection, or platform laws in another jurisdiction, those rights are not limited by these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service or another appropriate method. Continued use of Maazim after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
